Boarding

If there are any special requirements for your pet, please let us know so we can accommodate them.  We offer our food (Hill's Science Diet Sensitive Stomach and Skin) for daily mealtime at no charge, but recommend you bring your own dog food so they do not get an upset stomach from a diet change. Our patients are always fed according to owner instructions and clean, fresh water is always available.  Dogs and cats board in separate areas of our climate controlled facility.

It is our goal to provide your pet with quality of care while they are with us.  We promise to look after each and every pet as if they were our own, and treat them with the care they deserve.

All clients who wish to board their pet's at our kennel facility or visit our groomer must abide by the following guidelines. These are established to help prevent the spread of infectious diseases between patients that are under our care.  Please ask one of our staff members if you have any questions about our policy.

Required Vaccinations

WE WILL ACCEPT PROOF OF VACCINATION FROM ANOTHER VETERINARY HOSPITAL, HOWEVER OWNER AND BREEDER ADMINISTERED VACCINES ARE NOT ACCEPTED AS THERE IS NO CONTROL OF THE HANDLING OR METHOD OF ADMINISTRATION TO ENSURE VACCINE EFFECTIVENESS.

Internal and External Parasite Policy

Any pet with signs of ectoparasite (flea or tick) infestation will be treated prior to admission into our kennel facility. Any pet that exhibits signs of intestinal parasites (passing of worms in the stool) will be treated appropriately, as determined by one of our veterinarians. Any of these additional services are not included in our boarding fee and will be performed at the client's expense.
